Help patients regain strength and mobility from the comfort of their homes! We’re looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated Home Health team.

About the Role:
Comprehensive Home Health Solutions is looking for a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in Reno, NV — and we want you to start ASAP! Whether you're a seasoned PTA or a fresh graduate ready to launch your career, this is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives right in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide in-home therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising PT
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility practices
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary home health care team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicare and state regulations
- Manage a caseload of home health patients across the Reno, NV service area
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program (CAPTE-approved).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PTA (home health experience preferred). - Open to fresh grads will train!!
- CPR certification (required).
- Ability to lift and transfer patients weighing 150+ lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and families.
- Must pass a criminal background check and meet all state compliance requirements.
- Comfortable traveling to patient homes (reliable transportation required).

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
