Job Position: Part-time RN

Locations: Reno, Sparks, Carson, Gardnerville, Fernley

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. If you're ready to be part of a close-knit agency where you can make a lasting impact, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct, one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

  • Complete comprehensive OASIS assessments and develop individualized care plans.

  • Monitor patient progress, communicate changes, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.

  • Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and self-care strategies.

  • Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and in full compliance with Medicare and agency standards.

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and home health aides to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

  • Participate in case conferences and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada.

  • Minimum of 4 years of total nursing experience.

  • At least 2 years of home health experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency.

  • Proficient with OASIS assessments and Medicare documentation requirements.

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

  • Familiarity with EMR systems such as Axxess is a plus.

Compensation: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
