Role Summary
We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our Nevada team and positively impact the lives of our clients. In this role, you’ll promote independence and well-being for clients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support through interactive activities
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Deliver customized care according to each client’s care plan
Support physical health by aiding mobility and facilitating exercises
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within clients’ homes
Accompany clients to appointments and outings as necessary
Document care provided and report any changes to the supervisor
Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive support for every client

Qualifications and Skills

At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
Cleared through NABs in the past 6 months
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills
Physical capability to assist with personal care tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
